We all know we spend countless hours in front of a computer at work without realizing what we are using the time exactly. Is, often think that we are being much more productive than they really are.
Ever the way back from work you've noticed that made us really nothing productive all day? And sure though that you also think that you have not stopped working.
To avoid this, one of the main pillars of the Time Management I is to audit. Namely, keeping time we devote to each task and go pointing to a document in order to make our personal statistics and may be knowing where our points of greatest inefficiency in order to improve our performance.
In order to facilitate this difficult task, no specific productivity software called WorkMeter. This program collects information on the use of the programs we use in our work. It also gives us an insight into the habits and act on them.
This tool is also very useful for supervisors, because it lets you see groups of employees, to have an overview of the critical factors of team, Productivity, performance, concentration and potential points of distraction.
And a final tip for bosses, is not using this program for a control type "Big Brother"On equipment, but to generate a spirit of continuous improvement with them.
