Commitment levels of employees were at minimal levels in those whose heads had come out with a very low valuations leadership, as expected. So as we draw a conclusion and that is that leadership level has a direct impact on the commitment of local employees in the company.
In the study included two types of leaders, which focused primarily on objectives (Drivers) and focusing mainly on relationships (Enhancers).
