Many times we talk about how to motivate employees within an organization. However this is not achieved with a single event annual, pulling business people to enjoy fun day. Organizations and modern human resource programs create environments that encourage people to be growing and enjoying the daily challenges. Here I discuss four keys to create environments where the motivation to develop.
First you have to understand that people thrive on the success of their work. This is important to encourage employees to perform tasks of increasing difficulty and complexity. There is nothing more demotivating than a repetitive and routine work.
People need to learn constantly, and especially at the beginning of the career, making learning even more weight within a worker needs to feel self-realized.
The monotony and routine are devastating for work motivation
Second, people learn and have fun watching others. If you want to transform a person of average efficiency to a higher point, include it in a highly resolving, will create a viral effect in terms of performance. Many department heads are afraid of spoiling a good team performance by introducing one of lesser, however when a team works as a high-performance compact body, it tends to increase the performance of these people who are included in it. To achieve this cohesion often need tools like coaching teams to pack more people and that my experience high-performance teams are pretty scarce.
Thirdly, give encouragement, mentoring support and even. Research and business psychology studies suggest that the most powerful factor for increasing resistance to complex situations is interpersonal support. Namely, As in the previous team performance high performance person by learning means, constant support team also generates psychological strength to face challenges.
Last, keep in mind that stress is one of the main factors of motivation at work. Since no energy you feel when you have developed strategies to cope with the daily pressures, as may occur in the case of people who are in continuous contact with the client. The development of an “psychological armor” has to do with stress management and emotional intelligence that has been developed on a day to day, but also learn techniques through stress management training or a more practical level as the coaching individual, has an impact on the performance of the person soaring.
