The Shadow Coaching is a coaching program that enhances leadership skills and helps develop the teams, by the accompaniment of a coach during actual working hours of a manager.
Previously, before Shadow Coaching process is necessary to make a diagnosis of the manager and the team, with the intention of evaluating the departing point and determining the objectives they want to achieve. The tests used for this purpose are, 360 Evaluation for the manager and for the team, TDA Assessment ( Team Diagnostic Assesment) or a day of teamwork led by a coach.
A coach trains a management expert to lead your team more effectively, through 4 Different types of action:
• Direct observation of their behavior in a real meeting with his team.
• The constructive feedback on such behavior brings, based on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Teaching new behaviors, tools and guidelines to improve performance.
• The development of an action plan to advance the main areas for improvement identified.
