Managers of companies, must have developed certain skills, since in many cases they have to have the closest skills to a superhero or a saint than a traditional management, in order to achieve certain goals and to unite teams.
However, joking apart, these skills can and should be worked continuously given the implication of the decisions of the managers.
It is a sound 10 necessary people skills to work in teams that are responsible:

9.Ability to Influence
The ability to influence, is needed to improve your business through your communication skills to the shareholders or the people who are above you. It's competition is key to getting what you need for your team or your department. Remember that you are the link between them and your supervisors. This is pure down leadership.
10.Sense of Humour
Clearly, and attached to the positive mental attitude, sense of humor required of all manager, is imperative especially to lift the spirits of your team, in tough times. A race that is slowly taking more weight in the business world.
