The habits you first collect progressively over time are responsible for that scope, or not, those goals that will transform your life. When these habits not are positive, become an obstacle that may limit your abilities, paralyze your progress and dissipate your energy. A habit is simply any activity that has become automatic. This automation is done irrationally as a result of the constant repetition of any activity, that, thus, going to become a habit or what is technically known as unconscious competence. Therefore, it is an activity performed without much effort on your part. In many instances, to certain stimulus or circumstance, can be said to be a kind of autopilot acting always according to the same protocol inside.
Identify your habits can sometimes be as simple as answering the question: “What I usually do, regularly and without thinking?” This question affects all aspects of your life: working relationships, couple, your diet or physical care.Your life is full of habits.
