I always think that human beings complicate our lives, and that in reality things are very simple. Team leaders of the various companies which performed training the coaching often share with me the difficulty of having a self-reliant and fully committed team. I always tell them that the first step, the imperative to generate extraordinary results, is the building trust on a computer. This is plain and simple.
Last week I was teaching a course for managers about High individual and team performance, where I address 3 large areas that have to do with efficiency: Time Management, stress management and optimization of meetings.
As in previous editions of this course, I always find that managers let go of the short-termism and urgency. And above all, dedicated to resolving problems and solve hundreds of, that are emerging on the fly, and unexpectedly. This pattern in a total ineffectiveness, because it relies on a model of reactive behavior, instead of proactive.
During the process of coaching to business executives, ostensibly, are shown as confident leaders themselves, sometimes appear fascinating questions regarding their social intelligence.
